Deranking means dropping your rating or rank on purpose. In Premier that's your CS Rating, in Competitive and Wingman it's your skill group. People do it to get easier lobbies, to play with friends who are lower ranked, or just to see what the bottom of matchmaking looks like.
You don't need a stack to derank. Solo, you just play badly on purpose or go AFK, which works but takes a lot of games. With a full 5-stack it's much faster: the whole party leaves the match, then one person rejoins and leaves every round so the other team keeps winning rounds, and the game is over in a few minutes. That's why people look for stacks on here. Details can change with game updates, so this is what players describe, not a guide.
Possibly, yes. Throwing games, going AFK or leaving matches on purpose can get you a competitive cooldown, and Valve can hand out other penalties too. We can't tell you how strict they are right now or promise you'll be fine. Anyone who uses this site is doing it at their own risk.
Open Counter-Strike 2, go to the friends panel and choose Add Friend. Your own code is shown there and you can copy it with one click. It looks like XXXXX-XXXX.
Paste your friend code, pick Premier, Competitive or Wingman, and say whether you're hosting a lobby, looking for one, or both. Your listing shows up straight away for everyone on the page. To join someone, click their code to add them on Steam, or copy the code and add them in CS2.
No. There's no signup and no password. Your browser remembers which listings are yours so you can bump or remove them later.
Six hours after you post or last bump it. Posting the same code again moves it back to the top. Listings are also removed if you delete them, and the board only holds the newest 100.
Premier is the 5v5 mode with the CS Rating number. Competitive is the 5v5 mode with the classic Silver to Global Elite ranks, and you can pick a map. Wingman is 2v2 on smaller maps. Each one has its own rating, so deranking in one doesn't change the others.
